Yes, If you sign up for the Group Package, please book each session individually and it will be linked and deducted from your total.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Chin up bar, core fitness equipment, stretching and a good pair of running shoes are helpful. Traditional exercises such as sit-ups, chin-ups and core training are the bulk of activity needed to gain pound for pound strength efficiency.  Speed training is also essential to success in the vault.
